Residential Conveyancer - Salisbury - 3+ years PQE
Location: Salisbury (Flexible & Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + bonus
The Role
This position offers a varied and manageable caseload of residential property matters. You'll be trusted to run files independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities include:
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients with a personal and proactive approach
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
* Contributing to the firm\'s continued growth and reputation
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for a qualified conveyancer who brings:
* 3+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* Confidence managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and client care skills
* A detail-oriented, organised approach
* A genuine interest in contributing to a supportive and evolving team
