Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing fee earner to join our well respected conveyancing team. The successful candidate will join a small team and run a caseload from inception to conclusion. A minimum of 5 years fee earning experience will be required.
Salary will be dependent on experience. \n Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes is essential. \n Other essential skills for the role include being an excellent communicator, having a good understanding of CQS and Lexcel and being able to work as a part of a team.
