Client Success & Digital Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Freelance Marketing Coordinator / Account Assistant to join our team on a rolling contract. You’ll be the main point of contact for a range of clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed and confident in our delivery across various digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility with solid knowledge of digital marketing, especially across Social Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO and PPC who can speak the language of both clients and specialists. You won’t need to implement campaigns yourself, but a working knowledge is essential to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
Responsibilities
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients,
* Run regular communication via email, calls, and WhatsApp for support when needed
* Lead monthly strategic meetings (virtual) to review performance and discuss upcoming plans
* Translate technical digital marketing performance into clear, client-friendly insights
* Liaise with internal team
* Identify opportunities for growth, upselling services where appropriate or contractors to brief in work and ensure smooth delivery
* Manage timelines, client expectations, and overall satisfaction
Qualifications
* Previous account management experience
* Articulate and well accustomed to a remote client facing role
* Willingness and ability to travel
Requirements
* Access to own device and able to work remotely
* Fluent in English
* Able to commit to a minimum 1-year freelance contract, with monthly rolling terms
