Job Description
The In-house Lawyer will be:
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
4. Advising on technology, outsourcing, and supplier agreements
5. Supporting the business on contracts within a heavily regulated environment
6. Working closely with internal stakeholders across legal, tech, and procurement
The Successful Applicant
The In-house Lawyer should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with around 3-4 years' PQE
8. Experienced in commercial contracts, including tech, outsourcing, and supplier agreements
9. Comfortable advising within a regulated or complex commercial environment
10. Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
