The job requires an experienced operational manager, capable of running 4 or 5 domiciliary care offices. Conversant with all aspects of care and with a minimum 3 years experience of the role. A personable and friendly disposition is essential, working for a family company, advancement is there for the right candidate. We need someone qualified to level 5, great communication skills, passionate about providing the very highest level of care. We are constantly expanding and so the person must be able to have a dynamic approach to the role and especially trouble shooting and an ability to work closely with commisioning bodies, building and maintaining great working relationship to promote the company and build trust.
