An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, innovative, and highly motivated leader with strategic vision to oversee three sites: Miller & Swann, Buchan, and Deveron, working full-time/40 hours a week.
We are looking for a Vet to take on the role of Senior Clinical Director. You will work closely with our Senior Practice Director and Regional Director, advocating for our core values and coaching colleagues on their implementation. You will embody our values in all aspects of your work and act as a positive role model.

This role suits a strong leader ready to progress into a Senior Clinical Director position or someone already in a similar role.
In this position, you will travel to practices, meet teams, offer support, leadership, and strategic direction. A key focus will be to drive clinical cohesion across the group and oversee the delivery of the P&L.
You will enjoy working with a forward-thinking clinical team comprising veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, patient care assistants, receptionists, and admin support. The practices have room to grow with the right leader developing the team and driving clinical excellence.

This role is vital in supporting strategic direction and leadership, providing:
* Strong leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region, and practices.

* Close collaboration with Regional Director, Regional Clinical Lead, HR, Finance, and support staff.
* Business development knowledge, interpreting financial data and KPI dashboards.
* The ability to identify new services and foster practice and team development.
* Regular practice visits, participation in regional meetings, and collaboration with other Senior Clinical Directors and Practice Directors.
