Job Description:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Your responsibilities may include:
* Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting students with their specific learning needs.
* Providing one-on-one support and assistance to students during classroom activities.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create and implement effective strategies for student success.
