Overview
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work with the site team and take responsibility for all contractual and commercial matters for the project.
Responsibilities
* You will have experience working for a contractor within Civils & Infrastructure.
* You will have progressed as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor.
* Carry out duties in line with the project’s commercial requirements and contractual obligations.
* Support the delivery of commercial performance for the infrastructure project, Sturry Link Road in Canterbury, including a 550‑metre road and a 250‑metre viaduct over the Great Stour River, flood plain and railway line.
Qualifications
* You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
* You will be degree qualified within Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
* Alternatively, a degree with some numerical or technical elements is advantageous.
