Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver to work full-time as part of a roofing team. This position involves transporting roofing materials, tools, and team members to and from job sites, as well as assisting the roofer on-site as needed. The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and is comfortable with physical labor in outdoor environments.
Applicants must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities
* Driving Duties:
* Safely operate company vehicle to transport materials, equipment, and roofing crew to and from job sites.
On-Site Support:
* Assist roofer with setup and breakdown of worksite.
* Carry and organize tools and materials for efficient job execution.
* Handle debris removal and cleanup during and after roofing jobs.
* Support with basic manual labour tasks (no roofing experience required but helpful).
* Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
* Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials (e.g., shingles, ladders, tarps).
* Ensure vehicle is maintained in clean, working condition (e.g., regular inspections, fueling, reporting issues).
* Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Skills
* Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's licence.
* Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly advantageous.
* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
* Familiarity with flatbed lorries is preferred.
* Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
