Senior Project Manager WTG – Offshore Wind Industry
Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. The role is located in our brand‑new Norwich office, at the heart of a vibrant city full of culture, great amenities, and easy access to stunning countryside and coastline.
What will you do?
As a Senior Project Manager WTG, you will plan, manage and oversee offshore projects while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Main Tasks
* Project Planning & Execution – Ensure projects are executed safely, professionally and efficiently, meeting HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule and Client Satisfaction goals.
* Stakeholder & Team Management – Lead or participate in project meetings, manage relationships with clients and suppliers, and coach team members to share knowledge and develop skills.
* Financial & Contractual Oversight – Monitor all project‑related expenses, supplier performance and deliver client contractual obligations while tracking project performance against contracts.
* Risk Management & Continuous Improvement – Identify, assess and manage potential risks, capture and disseminate best practices, and contribute to Cadeler’s management system to drive process improvements.
To Succeed In This Role
We are looking for a driven and organised profile who can independently manage projects, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate teams to deliver results while maintaining attention to detail and a strong client focus.
Qualifications
* Educational & Technical Skills: BSc or MSc in engineering or an equivalent degree.
* Communication & IT Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Project & Financial Management: Experience with procurement processes, budget management and preferably APM/PMI.org PMP certification (or similar).
