Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Overview
A well-established, independent property agency is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its Letchworth office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident managing the full residential sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage professionally with clients and prospective buyers
* Arrange and conduct market appraisals
* List new properties for sale
* Prepare marketing materials for new instructions
* Arrange and carry out property viewings
* Generate, negotiate, and manage offers
* Maintain and update applicant and instruction databases
* Progress sales from offer through to completion
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Promote the full range of available property services
* Manage general office administration
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential sales or a strong track record in a similar sales-driven role
* Solid understanding of the property sales process
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working collaboratively within a team
* Confident using IT systems and managing administrative tasks
* Awareness of compliance requirements within the property sector

Working Hours
* Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm (1-hour lunch)
* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am–5pm (1-hour lunch)
Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales
