Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
The Role:
We are looking for Carpenter Multis to support their Planned Works team. You'll be carrying out a variety of carpentry and minor multi-trade tasks across social housing properties, ensuring repairs and planned maintenance works are completed to a high standard.
* Carry out planned carpentry works within occupied and void properties
* Undertake minor multi-trade tasks where required (basic plumbing, patch repairs, etc.)
* Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
* Maintain accurate job records and follow company processes
* Work independently and as part of a wider planned works team
The Candidate:
* Must live in the Bristol area
* Clean driving licence
* Basic DBS required (or willingness to complete one)
* Own tools required
* Hi-Viz jacket and safety boots (uniform & PPE provided)
* Able to provide CV and attend interview as part of the selection process
