Electrician (Maintenance / Testing & Remedials)

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 (DOE / qualifications) + overtime
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing electrical and property services contractor for qualified Electricians to join their expanding team. Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for x2 Maintenance Electricians and x1 Testing & Remedials Electrician.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services across domestic and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
*
Testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical installations.
*
General electrical maintenance and reactive call-outs.
*
Completing remedial works following testing reports.
*
Installation and replacement of consumer units and distribution boards.
*
Electrical fault finding, repairs, and upgrades.
*
Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications.
*
Ensuring all works comply with health & safety legislation and electrical regulations.
*
Completing risk assessments and job documentation.
*
Delivering excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered, you must have:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
*
ECS Gold Card.
*
City & Guilds 18th Edition.
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician (domestic & commercial).
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently and professionally on client sites.
Desirable (but not essential):
*
Inspection & Testing qualifications (2391 / 2392).
*
FIA qualifications.
