* Respondtocustomerenquiriesviaemail,providingclearandtimelyinformation.
* Maintainandupdatecustomerinformationinthecompanydatabase.
* Liaisewithinternaldepartmentstomanageorders,returns,andresolveanyissues.
ABOUTYOU:
* Experienceincustomerserviceandorderprocessing(SAPexperiencepreferred).
* Strongadministrativeandorganisationalskills.
* Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunication.
* Abilitytoworkefficientlyandaccuratelywithinafast-pacedenvironment.
