We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school community supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role is all about relationships—helping young people feel safe, understood, and ready to learn. You’ll be supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access lessons, build confidence, and celebrate progress in every form.
