Are you a recent graduate in Town Planning or a related discipline, looking to kick-start your career with a forward-thinking and dynamic consultancy?
We are partnering with a fast-growing, independent planning and development consultancy with offices in Essex to recruit a Graduate Planner to join their collaborative and entrepreneurial team. This consultancy prides itself on being different – they reject the “one-size-fits-all” model and instead cultivate an environment that values diversity, individuality and innovation. The business fosters a non-hierarchical, team-driven culture where ideas are encouraged and people are invested in.
About You:

What’s on Offer:
* A supportive and dynamic environment where your development is a priority
* Exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients from day one
* Clear progression pathways and investment in professional training (including RTPI support)
* A chance to be part of a modern business redefining what a planning consultancy can be
