Your new role
This is a hands-on role, providing 1st line support in a busy environment. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team, helping to manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
Provide 1st line technical support across Windows, Citrix, M365
Manage and triage service requests via portal, email, and phone
Troubleshoot common issues such as connectivity problems and password resets
Escalate complex issues while maintaining clear communication with users
Use remote tools and team screen sharing for investigation and resolution.
Work on-site full-time in a South Wales location
A car and a licence is recommended due to the site location
