Project Manager – Foodservice Equipment (Full Time)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial foodservice equipment projects. In this full-time role, you will oversee multiple projects at different stages of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You will act as the key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, contractors and clients, using your expertise in the catering equipment sector to drive successful outcomes and maintain excellent long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and deliver a portfolio of foodservice equipment projects from initiation through to handover.
● Coordinate communications with multiple clients across various projects.
● Prepare and maintain project schedules, cost reports and progress updates.
● Oversee procurement, logistics and installation of commercial catering equipment across several locations.
● Manage site activities and ensure compliance with UK health & safety, CDM regulations and industry standards.
● Identify and mitigate project risks, providing solutions to keep all projects on track.
● Ensure all project documentation and client handover requirements are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
● Proven experience managing multiple projects within the foodservice, catering equipment or hospitality fit-out sector.
● Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and installation processes.
● Excellent organisational, communication and management skills.
● Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
● Good understanding of UK building regulations and CDM regulations.
● Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
● Full UK driving licence and willing to travel to client sites nationwide when required.
