Tennial Personnel are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Warehouse Operative to join a well-established logistics operation based in Felixstowe. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:30, with an annual salary of £30,171.96.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to take on greater responsibility within a busy, safety-focused warehouse environment supporting smooth operations and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including Counterbalance, MLOP, and Flexi trucks.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
Support, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
Deputise for the Team Leader when required, ensuring operational continuity.
Carry out duties as a responsible person, including Fire Marshal, First Aider, and Racking Inspector responsibilities.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Confident working at heights of up to 5 metres.

Qualifications Required
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
