* Learn and maintain technical expertise of company products to deliver top-tier problem-solving support for users’ functional and performance needs
* Provide technical knowledge and support to Unitronics’ sales channels
* Assist with pre-sales and post-sales technical support
* Travel to Unitronics Representatives, Distributors, OEMs, and end customers. Expected travel 25%+
* Serve as the liaison between technical support and sales teams
* Provide high-level, case-based technical support for Unitronics automation products via phone and email to distributors, representatives, and customers
* Advise on communication protocols, wiring setup, and optimal configuration for integrating our products with third-party systems
* Writing custom software examples for end-users and debugging existing projects
* Deliver exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships
* Support the company’s sales and profitability objectives by actively visiting and collaborating with sales channels and customers to drive product demand
Requirements
* Bachelors of Science in Engineering
* 2-7 years related work experience
* Understanding of programming languages; Ladder Logic is a plus
* Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and components
* Strong potential to develop expertise and advance in a fast-growing market
