* Reports directly to the Finance Director, supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial information
* Works closely with the wider finance team to ensure strong financial controls and efficient processes
* Assisting with month-end close, management accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Assists with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across construction contracts
* Ensures compliance with statutory, tax, and industry-specific requirements
* Liaises with operational and commercial teams to provide meaningful financial insight
* Supports continuous improvement of finance processes and systems within the business
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working to deadlines and supporting month-end processes
* Confidence collaborating with a Finance Director and wider finance team
* Proactive and organised, with a willingness to learn and improve processes
