Description As the Head of Digital you will have the following responsibilities: Lead and develop a close-knit team Build a unified digital practice integrating all current and future channels. Define a clear digital strategy outlining channel purpose, usage, and relevance for each audience at every engagement stage. Guide and manage channel owners to stay ahead of trends and deliver best-in-class digital experiences. Partner with IT to enable platforms for activation and performance tracking across websites, social, email, and apps. Lead SEO strategy to optimize for evolving trends, including zero-click engagement and AI-driven search. Establish briefing and planning processes for consistent, collaborative campaign delivery.
