KeyResponsibilities:
* Develop,implement,andmaintainthecompanysHSEstrategy,policies,andmanagementsystems
* Conductsiteaudits,inspections,andriskassessmentstoensurecomplianceandidentifyimprovementopportunities
* ProvideexpertHSEadviceandguidancetoprojectteamsandoperationalstaff
* Leadinvestigationsintoincidentsandnear-misses,performrootcauseanalysis,andimplementcorrectiveactions
* DeliverHSEtraining,inductions,andtoolboxtalkstopromoteawarenessandengagementacrossalllevels
* MaintainandupdateallHSEdocumentation,procedures,andreports
* Liaisewithexternalstakeholdersincludingclients,regulatoryauthorities,andauditors
* Promoteacultureofcontinuousimprovementandbestpracticeacrosstheorganisation
