Corporate Tax Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, GBP 75,000+ (DOE): This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced specialists advising on a full spectrum of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, reorganisations, venture capital investments, and complex tax structuring. The Role
* You will be responsible for advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters including business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, tax structuring and clearances, stamp duty implications, and VAT and international tax issues.
* Work closely with clients and their professional advisers to deliver commercial and pragmatic solutions.
* Communicate with clients, taking instructions and telephone.
* Conduct document reviews and report findings.
* Support the day‑to‑day management of matters and transactions.
* Contribute to business development activities, including marketing initiatives.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Corporate Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new opportunity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
