Location: Croydon
Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP38,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
Contribute to the delivery of high:quality technical drawing packages
Work primarily on residential schemes, from planning through to completion
Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)
About You
Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
Substantial post:qualification experience, ideally in residential projects
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
Proficient in Revit
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail:oriented, self:motivated, and proactive in approach
Full UK driving licence
Based within a commutable distance of Sutton
