This school is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to lead learning in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Duties as a Nursery Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
* Foster a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social development.
* Monitor and assess children's progress through observations, learning journals, and developmental tracking.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider early years team to support each child’s individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Maintain a strong partnership with parents and carers, including regular communication and parent meetings.
Ideal Nursery Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
* A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A warm, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Teacher.
* A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and child-centred learning.
