Our client is a brilliant women's wear streetwear brand. They're looking for a Lead Creative to join the team for a 12-month FTC.
You need to be available by end of October/beginning of November.
Based in London with 1 day WFH.
WHO R U?
As Creative Lead, you play a key role in defining and executing the creative vision across all channels. You’re a strategic, hands-on leader who balances creativity with commercial impact. You bring clarity, energy, and innovation to everything you do, guiding the Creative Team to deliver world-class work that engages our audience and drives brand growth.
You’re fluent in what performs across TikTok, Instagram, digital marketing, and e-commerce, combining visual finesse with audience insight to produce content that cuts through.
LEADERSHIP + DELIVERY:
You lead with purpose and clarity. You support and develop the Creative Manager and team, ensuring structure, clear direction, and consistent quality across all output. You manage multiple projects with ease, keeping creative work on time, on brief, and on budget, all while collaborating closely with wider teams to deliver strategic impact.
THE ROLE:
* Work closely with the founder and Head of Brand on aligning creative strategy, direction, and execution.
* Lead the delivery of our creative strategy to achieve business goals, focusing on creative excellence and commercial impact.
Creative Direction:
* Bring the overall creative direction for the brand, ensuring alignment with our identity, target audience, and market positioning.
* Drive concept development and execution of visually impactful campaigns that engage and grow our community.
* Oversee creative output across all content formats, including images, videos, digital marketing assets, and e-commerce content.
* Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform developments, and community and customer behaviors, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing channels, to inform and elevate creative strategy.
* Champion innovation and elevate the visual standards of the brand through forward-thinking content and storytelling.
Leadership & Team Management:
* Line manage the Creative Manager and lead the wider Creative Team, providing clear direction, support, and developmental guidance.
* Lead by example, motivating the team to deliver high-impact work across various formats.
* Collaborate with department leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and a unified brand vision.
* Oversee team planning, schedules, and workflows to ensure efficient project execution.
* Manage external relationships with photographers, videographers, editors, and agencies.
* Oversee all brand shoots, including scheduling, casting, locations, and styling.
* Support senior leadership and People Team by cascading key messages and aligning team priorities.
Creative Content & Channel Strategy:
* Own and drive creative strategy across all major channels, including e-commerce, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing.
* Create cohesive, strategic content supporting brand awareness and growth.
* Lead campaign ideation, shoot planning, and post-production, ensuring content is elevated, platform-optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
* Connect performance marketing with storytelling, balancing data insights with creative ambition.
* Collaborate with performance, digital, and e-commerce teams to optimize creative outputs for engagement, reach, and conversions.
YOU:
* 5+ years of creative leadership experience within an aspirational brand.
* Proven success in leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams, with a strong track record of coaching and elevating output across key channels.
* Experience managing creative production across multiple platforms, including e-commerce, social media, influencer content, and digital marketing.
* Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate effectively at all levels.
* Strong commercial understanding with the ability to translate creative work into results-driven campaigns.
* Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Deep understanding of the competitor landscape, platform trends, and cultural movements in fashion and creative industries.
