We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and guest-obsessed Area Operations Manager to join our team at Marston's and help us achieve our ambition to be the UK's number 1 pub company.
In this role, you'll be responsible for a diverse area of 21 pubs, comprising both managed and partnership pubs, covering North Wales and areas including Liverpool, Warrington, and Wirral. This role reports to a Regional Operations Manager within our North Division.

Have you got what it takes? You will have full P&L responsibility with a focus on driving sales, guest satisfaction, and delivering key KPIs—both financial and people-oriented.
* You’ll be passionate about developing and growing your Self-Employed Pub Partners, enabling everyone to reach their potential and drive sales.
* You’ll have a commercial mindset, keen to maximize profit opportunities and help your team succeed.
* You’ll add value in meetings, manage your time effectively, and seize opportunities.
* You demonstrate pace, urgency, and networking skills, especially in recruitment. Energy and a 'can do' attitude are essential.
* You know how to deliver excellent guest experiences through high service and standards.
* You can work cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, HR, and others.
* If you enjoy projects, you'll find plenty of opportunities to share your ideas and develop further.
