What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Lead, you will be the strategic and executional powerhouse behind Galeta's brand and growth:
* Optimise the Customer Journey: Take full ownership of our e-commerce platform, optimising the entire customer journey from discovery to conversion and retention.
* Drive Customer Acquisition: Lead, strategise, and manage all customer acquisition channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROI through highly effective paid search and social media campaigns
* Social and trade contact: Manage in-house social media content and social communities, and lead our presence at key trade shows, events, and press opportunities.
* Brand Guardianship: Serve as the ultimate guardian of the Galeta brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and excellence in all aspects of branding.
Who You Are:
* Seasoned Marketing Professional: You possess extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, and performance marketing, ideally within the food, beverage, or consumer goods sectors.
* Strategic & Hands-On: You are equally adept at crafting high-level marketing strategies and executing them with precision as a sole contributor. You thrive in a lean, agile environment and are comfortable with the tactical demands of content creation and direct community engagement.
* E-commerce & Performance Expert: Proven track record of significantly improving e-commerce conversion rates and driving profitable customer acquisition through paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
* Brand Champion: You have an innate understanding of brand building and the ability to translate brand values into compelling customer experiences and communications. Experience in generating engaging visual and written content is a significant plus.
* Highly Flexible & Adaptable: You understand the nature of a fractional role and are committed to working flexibly, aligning your schedule with critical business needs and deadlines.
