FT Recruitment is working with a well-known IT business looking to recruit a Service Desk Supervisor in a newly created role. This position will be supervising a team of 4, ensuring they are performing and delivering as per agreed client terms.
Key duties:
* Empower and support others while solving a variety of IT challenges.
* Lead and mentor a team of talented IT Engineers to enhance service quality.
* Drive continuous improvement by optimising processes and maintaining clear documentation.
* Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
* Oversee daily support operations to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery.
This role would suit a candidate who has at least 3 years of experience working within a service desk environment, whilst having first-class customer service skills. The successful candidate will be extremely organised, professional, process-focused, whilst having excellent internal personal skills and enjoying coaching and mentoring others.
