We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to work within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities clinical care group for the Head of Service for Adult Mental Health community. The successful candidate will provide high‑level support to the Head of Service and the Senior Management team, acting as the main channel of communication across a full range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complex diary management: analyse requirements and prioritise appointments at short notice.
* Comprehensive minute taking, preparation of draft agendas and action plans.
* Provision of secretarial and administrative services across the team.
* Development of effective relationships with a wide range of staff.
* Planning own workload to support the Senior Management team.
The post holder will work in partnership with other Personal Assistants where required, ensuring professionalism, quality and integrity. Success in this role requires a high level of adaptability, flexibility, exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills.
Location: Management offices above Bryngofal Ward in Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli.
Essential qualifications and attributes:
* Proven experience in diary management, minute taking and agenda preparation.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Welsh language speaking ability is desirable; support is available for staff to meet Welsh language requirements.
