We’re looking for a Junior HubSpot Consultant to join our delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with initial HubSpot experience (either in-house or agency-side) to grow into a future lead consultant, with close mentoring from our founders.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the configuration and delivery of HubSpot implementations across CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
* Assisting in platform setup: custom properties, deal pipelines, automations, reporting, and integration
* Testing implementations and gathering feedback
* Supporting documentation for client portals (user guides, system overviews)
* Helping with data imports, migrations, and CRM cleansing
* Attending client meetings and workshops as part of project teams
* Developing your technical understanding of CRM architecture and business systems
What We’re Looking For
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Ideally located in the North West (Liverpool or Manchester area preferred)
* Some practical HubSpot experience (agency or in-house CRM/Marketing Ops role)
* A technical and logical mindset, with a keen interest in systems and data architecture
* An eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a senior role over time
* Great communication skills—confident asking questions, presenting ideas, and being part of a team
* Organised, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-growing, ambitious consultancy
