We are looking for a Systems Tester to support the quality assurance efforts for our Microsoft Navision / Business Central system, clinician web portal, and patient mobile application. Main Responsibilities
* Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing on Microsoft Navision, clinician web portal, and patient mobile application.
* Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
* Execute test cases and test scripts based on defined requirements.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand system requirements.
* Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
* Perform API testing using tools like Postman (if required).
* Verify data integrity and accuracy within Microsoft Navision.
* Validate mobile application functionality across different devices and OS versions (iOS & Android).
* Ensure compatibility and performance testing for the clinician web portal on various browsers.
* Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
* Provide feedback on user experience and usability improvements.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
Desirable
* Exposure to SQL for basic database queries.
* Familiarity with API testing using Postman.
* Understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Python, JavaScript).
* Knowledge of healthcare applications or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Essential
* 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
* Understanding of software testing methodologies (manual testing, regression testing, UAT, etc.).
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Navision / BC or willingness to learn.
* Experience testing web applications and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
* Familiarity with defect-tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
