Are you passionate about motoring and excel at customer service?
This role involves proactively engaging with customers, building rapport quickly, and advising on products and services offered by Halfords to provide the best solutions, ensuring customers leave satisfied with both their immediate needs and future requirements.
You will work with a team to drive sales across the Halfords group through referrals for services such as Tyres, MOT, and other car maintenance needs. Recommending the right solutions—whether it can be fixed in the car park, at our local Autocentre, or by our Halfords Mobile Expert van—is central to this role.
You should be skilled at building relationships and collaborating with colleagues in our Autocentre and Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
