OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to assist the Operations Director and Project Managers in delivering high-quality Solar PV projects. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting project delivery, and maintaining compliance across design, health & safety, supply chain, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities1. Solar PV Design Support Assist in preparing and reviewing preliminary and detailed Solar PV system designs. Liaise with design engineers and project teams to ensure drawings, layouts, and specifications meet project and regulatory requirements. Manage documentation for design revisions and approvals. 2. Health & Safety (H&S) Support the preparation and maintenance of site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Ensure all H&S documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and legal standards. Assist in incident reporting, site audits, and toolbox talks coordination. 3. Supply Chain Coordination Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes, confirm delivery schedules, and manage purchase orders.
