A dynamic project management consultancy based in Marylebone are searching for a professional and motivated Project Manager to join their Project Management team and support the delivery of projects in the heritage, high end residential and commercial sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a forward thinking consultancy that have 5+ offices across the UK and are delivering projects in the high end residential, heritage and commercial sector. The Project Manager will be joining a close-knit team of 30 consultants, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors and the Project Manager will be working alongside a Senior Project Manager throughout the whole lifecycle of these projects. The Project Manager will be offering support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will bring experience of delivering the full lifecycle of projects including new build, refurbishments and extensions from inception-completion and exposed to delivering schemes with contract values ranging from £15m-£75m.
