Hours of Work: full time
As a Customer Service Agent, your role will involve providing exceptional support to our customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues with high-end products, and ensuring each customer interaction is positive and productive. You will be the vital link between the organisation and its clients, supporting sales teams and managing customer relationships efficiently.
Customer Service Agent Requirements
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities whilst working under pressure
Experience working within a premium or luxury brand (desired)
