The Customer Service Administrator Opportunity: An ideal role for ambitious property professionals interested in managing real estate portfolios, tenancy life cycles, and overseeing all lettings/estate agency activities to completion.
You will support management of various property types, from single units to large estates, and be part of a small, growth-oriented team. This role is crucial to our high-quality, bespoke service tailored to meet clients’ property needs.
Typical Daily Tasks:
* Supporting end-to-end tenancy management, including onboarding landlords and tenants, processing applications, and ensuring compliance
* Setting and collecting rent and fees
* Acting as the main contact for tenants and managing relationships
* Handling property inspections
* Managing finances, invoices, and records
* Maintaining properties through repairs and scheduled upkeep
* Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
* Supporting advertising, lease negotiations, renewals, and deposit returns
About You:
* Confident and professional demeanor
* Strong customer service and organisational skills
* Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
* Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player with flexibility and independence
* Strong negotiation skills
* Full clean UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits
Desirable:
* Experience in lettings and property sectors
* Knowledge of the property market
