* Lead clinical governance processes, including safeguarding oversight, risk management, record keeping, and quality assurance.
* Work with the senior leadership team to identify gaps, improve pathways, and drive service development.
* Monitor outcomes and KPIs to evidence service impact and ensure contracts deliver value for commissioners.

About You

We are looking for an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling / Forensic) with:

* Experience of leading or supervising other clinicians and ensuring safe service delivery.
* Strong skills in service organisation, including workload management, caseload allocation, and prioritisation of referrals.
* Demonstrable knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management.
* Ability to translate clinical models into practice across multiple residential sites, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Confidence in liaising with commissioners, managers, and external professionals to represent the clinical service.
* A balance of direct clinical work (therapy, assessments) and system-level leadership skills.

What we offer

* Supportive leadership and governance structures
* The chance to make a tangible impact on the lives of children and young people in care
* Birthday Bonus
* 1 Year of Service Payment (increased every 12 months)
