As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll lead the charge in reducing operating costs and boosting contribution margins through lean methodologies. You'll be at the heart of process transformation-enhancing flow, driving automation, and applying Lean tools like Flow Analysis, TAKT, SMED, VSM, 5S, and Value Analysis to deliver measurable impact.
You'll also :
* Champion and coordinate site-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Educate and inspire teams through Lean training, simulations, and workshops
* Support EMEIA Operational Excellence assessments and daily management practices
* Analyse complex data to identify and deliver improvement opportunities
* Contribute to Manufacturing Footprint Projects and benefits
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership and ownership mindset
* Experience in operational improvement within dynamic manufacturing settings
* Lean Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent)
* ONC / HNC in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering (via Apprenticeship)
* Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery improvements
