Job Description
This role will be based in our modern state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative workspaces with convenient transport links.

Work across Strategic Insights, Pricing and Commercial Trade Channels to build analytics, commercial and operational skills while making a real impact on patient outcomes in the UK market.
Responsibilities :
The structured 24-month graduate scheme provides rotational exposure across three specialist teams within the Strategy and Commercial Operations (SCO) department:
Strategic Insights
Become the Strategic Insights Lead for key business areas informing commercial planning and portfolio strategy

Customer Engagement & Analytics: Deliver customer engagement analytics projects, evaluating omni-channel effectiveness and developing new approaches to reporting

Performance Tracking & Reporting, utilising tools such as Power BI and Excel to interpret key metrics and support continuous improvement

Sales Forecasting & Assumption Alignment: Lead the development and validation of strategic forecasts and business assumptions

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the business units to develop commercial acumen, embedding insights into strategic projects and fostering collaboration across teams

Pricing and Commercial Trade Channels
Develop a sophisticated appreciation of the external NHS purchasing environment

Take an active role in shaping tenders and rebate management as well as exploring the impact of actions on both Gross and Net pricing across portfolio products

Take ownership of the pallet to patient supply chain with a core focus on inventory management and demand planning for specific brands

Support and deliver supply chain data analytics to improve the health of the supply chain

Contribute to critical pricing and supply chain initiatives as well as supporting SCO and other commercial business units

Requirements
Technical Specifications
Studying a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) or Business-related discipline or MPharm, either predicted or gained within the last two years

Demonstrate an interest in the healthcare landscape in the UK

Strong planning, organisational and communication skills

The self-drive and confidence to work autonomously whilst also thriving from working productively within a cross-functional team

IT and analytical skills

Operates with a high level of integrity, transparency and accountability

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduates:
We are looking for students based in the UK who complete their undergraduate degree between 2024 and 2026.
Important Note:
We do not provide sponsorship for UK work visas during or after the graduate program.
To be eligible for the 2-year program, you must have the right to work in the UK for its entire duration.
