Teaching Personnel are working closely with a mainstream secondary school based in the Rugby area of Warwickshire, to appoint a passionate and dedicated science teacher to join their dynamic science department.

Hours: Full time, term-time only
Location: Rugby (CV22)
Rate of pay: To scale (MPS/UPS)
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience and recent proven track record teaching Science within a UK secondary school
- Excellent subject knowledge and ability to teach all 3 science specialisms
- Strong behaviour management skills and excellent classroom presence
Job Role/Responsibilities:
- Plan a range of science lessons covering topics across the national curriculum
- Plan lessons that differentiate the various abilities within each class
- Regularly assess pupils' progress and provide informative feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues within the science department and wider school community
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment
