About the Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. You will work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes, fostering a love for learning and creating a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher : Plan and deliver stimulating lessons in line with the school curriculum. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in all pupils. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Primary Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of different pupils. A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
