* We are looking for candidates who have previous IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or helpdesk environment, but this is not essential. A good understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking basics is important. We value natural problem-solvers with exceptional communication skills, a proactive, customer-first mindset, and a strong eagerness to learn. GCSEs in English and Maths are required, and certifications such as CompTIA A are a plus. A full UK driving license is also necessary.
Responsibilities:
* As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will provide first-line IT support via phone, email, remote access, and occasional site visits. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving various issues related to hardware, software, networks, and Microsoft 365. You will administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams, as well as utilize RMM tools to proactively monitor and maintain client systems. Logging and managing tickets accurately while keeping clients updated and informed is crucial, and we encourage you to contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
