About the Role The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for partnering with senior leaders and supporting people managers from key functions across the EMEA region to provide HR advice, coaching, career development, change support and management of employee relations cases as required. Specifically, this role will implement strategies to build a high performing organisation with a positive and consistent employee experience. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of core people programs and processes for business unit teams across the region, including EOY performance reviews, talent, support and team building. This will include developing and deploying initiatives related to culture, the employee experience, Inclusion & Diversity, learning and development, recruitment, performance, compliance, talent management and change management. This role will be based at our Twickenham office on a hybrid basis, and will be offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Key Responsibilities The Employee Experience Manager will support the P&C Directors across the EMEA region with key activities aligned to the divisional People strategy to deliver TWE's Game Plan and embed our purpose and one TWE culture. Business Partnership and Leadership: - Leveraging commercial knowledge of business issues and market trends, as well as expertise in capability and culture, provide HR leadership, advice and recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People Managers in region - Provide valuable business insights to support divisional P&C Directors to deliver their people plans and create opportunities for a consistent employee experience across divisions - Provide leadership and timely execution of cyclical people programs Employee Experience Centric Culture: - Partner with the broader P&C team to take a human centred approach to create initiatives that foster a positive employee experience: for example, career development; onboarding; well-being, and engagement - Design and embed initiatives to encourage a One TWE culture of connection and meaning - Deliver cultural and procedural changes to embed legislation requirements and regional HR policies to ensure managers and employees are enabled and the company is compliant Leading Change and Supporting Business Evolution: - Support senior leaders and people managers to lead change across their teams in an employee-centric way, preserving culture and maintaining care for one another - Support the people and organizational change elements of business transformation in line with all legislative requirements. This includes organisation structural design and review; workforce transition/change management process and employee communications support - Help leaders and team members foster a growth mindset and build capabilities to 'future-proof' their skills and opportunities - Embrace and advocate for the adoption of new ways of working, new technology, continuous improvement and curiosity - In partnership with the divisional P&C Directors, engage with the business to identify future workforce requirements and apply strategic workforce planning tools to inform overall talent strategy that ensures TWE is future fit What We're Looking For We are looking for a fully rounded HR professional with experience that includes business partnering capabilities, demonstrated experience of working closely with commercial and corporate businesses, supporting the delivery of people plans, as well as dealing with complex business and HR issues. You'll also need - Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent - CIPD qualification is desirable - Proven ability to drive improved business performance and employee experience through HR interventions - Proven ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership, senior leaders and the broader business - Proven experience in leading compliance and employee relations initiatives - Ability to utilise OD tools and techniques to facilitate teams, change management and organisational design challenges - Demonstrated experience to think strategically and translate agreed strategic plans into efficient change management processes, systems and/or projects & initiatives - Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/work streams and deliver timely/quality results - Strong analytics, attention to detail and financial acumen What's in it for you At TWE, we're bold in our ambitions and passionate about our brands.
