ABOUT THIS ROLE In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager in delivering the operational objectives of The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex. You will lead and manage the Operations Team – including the line management of the Duty Managers - to ensure the centre runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. In the General Manager’s absence, you will deputise fully, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and wider Contract Management team relationships. It is essential that you have leisure management experience, at a senior Duty Manager level or more. You will have knowledge of working in fast paced, leisure and customer service environments.
