The company have been around for a number of years and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Technical to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes
Key Responsibilities
* To manage the technical and design element of all projects
* Oversee and manager a design teams and consultants.
* Involved in all aspects of design from pre-construction stage working on bids and planning applications, right through to construction, handover.
* Provide necessary input and support to the planning team.
* Maintain and update records of design and take responsibility for checking and issuing design information
* Research, investigate and provide feedback to the business in order to improve the processes of delivering projects
Personal Specification & Requirements
* Extensive residential development experience and design management process.
* Effective and proven negotiator with professional organisations.
* Strong understanding of technical detailing and agreement requirements
* Leadership qualities which encourage staff to work together
* Degree Qualified in a relevant subject
* Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
* Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
* Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
* Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
