This will be a full time long term Science Graduate position, with scope to go permanent. Working hours for this Science Graduate post will be 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Science Graduate role will include but not be limited to: Supporting SEN and LAP students in group or whole Science class intervention sessions Working with the teachers to ensure each student's learning needs are identified Attending to students' social, emotional and personal needs when required Supporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policy Undertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Science Graduate position will be between £82.14 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant. It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff. 90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.
