Rate: £550-580 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35

We are supporting a public sector organisation who are seeking an experiencedmercial Manager to support high-profile programmes acrossmunications intelligence and professional services on a 12-month interim contract.
This is a critical role, working closely with seniormercial stakeholders, managingplex procurements and ensuring robustmercialernance throughout the life cycle.
Your new role
1. Lead and supportplex, high-value procurements end-to-end
2. Advise stakeholders onmercial strategy, routes to market, and contract management
3. Manage transactions throughernance and assurance processes
4. Develop and maintainmercial pipelines, records, and savings tracking
5. Delivermercial assurance aligned to public sector spend controls
6. Support supplier management and contract delivery across key programmes
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strongmercial/procurement experience within centralernment
8. Proven track record deliveringplex procurements under tight timelines
9. Experience managingmercial risk and delivering value for money oues
10. Confident stakeholder management across senior audiences
11. Strong negotiation andernance experience
