Description
Coordinate designated study programme delivery activities for the College, including high-quality teaching, managing operational issues, exams, and timetabling. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching that challenges them to excel. Passionate about teaching and developing students' English, Maths, and employability skills, with regular target setting and progress monitoring. Experience in teaching Business and Travel & Tourism within the Further Education sector is preferred. This role is available as both a full-time and part-time position.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality teaching, preparing materials, developing curricula, and assessing student progress.
* Managing course operations, including communication, problem-solving, scheduling, and administration across sites.
* Recruiting and enrolling students, organizing induction programs.
* Supporting students through meetings, setting SMART targets, and liaising with support services.
* Monitoring attendance and results, promoting English and Maths provision.
* Participating in meetings, developing courses, and engaging in professional development.
* Handling departmental administration and participating in quality assurance activities.
